This has been an unprecedented time and our world has changed quickly as we all have started to find our new normal. At My Mobile Massage, we have taken our time to consider all the available medical advice and implement all requirements to ensure a safe return to providing our clients with the best possible Mobile Massage Therapy we can!

Our number one priority is and continues to be, the health and safety of our Clients and Therapists. To ensure everyone's safety, we have switched to new software that complies with Canadian COVID-19 standards and have implemented the following protocols and requirements.

To ensure everyone’s safety...

Our Therapist Will Be:

  • Sanitizing all bags and equipment with a Health Canada approved disinfectant
  • Wearing Kn95 masks, goggles and a new apron before entering your home
  • Sanitizing their hands prior to entering your home
  • Using their own soap and towels to wash and dry their hands before and after each treatment
  • Have separate bags for used linens
  • Washing all linens with bleach, high heat, and detergent


We now require that all payments be done digitally.Only Debit, Credit, or E-transfers will be accepted.

Children and Pets

Due to Health and Safety regulations, and for the safety of our therapists, your pets, family, and yourself: pets and children are not permitted to be in the designated treatment area for the duration of your appointment.

Our Clients

  1. Will be required to wear a mask before the therapist enters their home. Clients will be required to wear their mask during and after treatment (except when lying face down).
  2. Will need to read and sign an online pre-screening waiver before every appointment (sent twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment).
  3. Will be required to review the pre-screening waiver questions with ALL members of their household before signing. This will ensure that it is safe for our therapists to enter your home.
    1. Do you or any member of your household have any of the following symptoms?
      • New or worsening cough, shortness of breath
      • Sore throat
      • Runny nose, sneezing, or nasal congestion
      • Hoarse voice
      • Difficulty swallowing
      • Loss of smell or taste
      • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
      • Unexplained fatigue
      • Chills
      • Headache
      • Fever
    2. Have you or a household member traveled outside of Canada, or to Southern Ontario or Quebec, or had close contact with anyone that has in the past fourteen (14) days?
    3. Have you or any member of your household attended a group gathering of twenty (20) or more people in the last fourteen (14) days such as a party, protest, demonstration, conference, etc. (indoors or outdoors)?
    4. Have you or any member of my household had close contact with anyone with respiratory illness or a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
      Yes – go to question 4
      No – screening complete
    5. Did you/they wear the required and/or recommended PPE according to the type of duties you were performing, when you had close contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19?

 !!! If you answer yes to any of the questions above, you MUST contact us immediately to determine whether it is safe for your appointment to proceed. !!!

COVID-19 Cancellations

If any member of our clients' household does not “pass” the pre-screening questionnaire, they will be required to immediately contact My Mobile Massage to determine if it is safe for their treatment to proceed. If their therapist determines it is not safe, they will cancel the appointment (at no charge to the client) and will reschedule them at a time when it is deemed safe to do so.  

Note: If a client cancels due to COVID-19 or a related illness they will need to provide proof of a negative screening test or proof of recovery by their regional health authority for all members of their household (including themself, spouse, roommates, tenants, and or children) before they will be allowed to book any further appointments with My Mobile Massage.
