Our Massage Therapists are required to maintain the highest level professional standards and are expected to conduct themselves as such.
We strive to uphold the values of inclusivity. At My Mobile Massage, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind regardless of age, gender identity or expression, sex, race, physical or cognitive ability, creed, or religion. We expect our Therapists and our clients to uphold these values.
We regard Massage Therapy as a necessary supplementary health service. We expect all of our clients to regard our therapists as they would any other medical professional.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, solicitation, or engagement from our Therapists or Clients. Any such action will result in immediate termination of treatment or service and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
We require that all our Clients fill out an Online Health History Form and a COVID-19 pre-screening waiver prior to their scheduled treatment. This is to ensure that it is safe for our clients to receive treatment.
All information our clients provide will be kept confidential unless required by law and is protected under the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA)
All information collected is stored within Canada, in accordance with PHIA and our software provider's policies (clinicsense.com)
We kindly ask our clients to contact My Mobile Massage directly, to allow us to address any complaint or concerns you may have and correct any issues that may have arisen prior to reporting or escalating said concerns.
We also kindly ask our clients not to post harassing, disparaging, fraudulent, or offensive materials about My Mobile Massage or its Staff or therapists on social media or onto other media outlets.
Due to COVID-19, and for the safety of our therapists, we now require that all payments be done digitally. Only Debit, Credit, or E-transfers will be accepted.
All clients are required to book their appointment(s) online. This ensures that all our clients fill out the necessary forms and pre-treatment screenings.
We require all clients to provide a valid credit card when booking to hold their appointment. This card will only be charged if our cancellation policies have been violated. All information is stored in accordance with out Personal Information Policies
When a client books a couples massage, they will be asked to provide the First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Email Address of the second client.
This information is required to ensure that all required forms, waivers and pre-screenings are completed for each person prior to the treatment start time.
All clients are required to seek the advice of their doctor prior to booking. This is to confirm that it is safe for them to receive massage therapy treatments.
